Bjørn Berge
Guitar virtuoso Bjørn Berge is finally making his way back to Notodden!
Bjørn Berge is a Norwegian blues musician known for his virtuoso guitar technique and powerful vocals. With an extensive discography and several Spellemann awards, Berge has established himself as one of the leading voices in the international blues world.
Berge is known for his intense and physically expressive concerts where he combines guitar playing, singing and foot stomping to create complex rhythms and melodies on his own. He has toured large parts of Europe and North America and has gained a strong audience there.
Berge took a break from the blues when he became a member of the band Vamp between 2014 and 2019. Now it is blues music that applies one hundred percent to Bjørn Berge again. It is great to have him back in Notodden. Berge is currently working on a new album that is expected during 2026.
