SPOONFUL OF BLUES 

Spoonful of Blues from the Blues town of Notodden is making a big splash at the moment.

They draw full houses wherever they play. Spoonful of Blues is in top form after touring heavily both at home and abroad recently. The band's new line-up with Øystein Ytterbø and Jens Fjelle on guitar after Morten Omlid is experiencing overwhelming audience success. 

Spoonful of Blues is an exceptionally strong live band, and references such as "the concert of the year", "the best of all time", "gold medal concert", "magical concert", "A concert with feelings outside the jacket" are repeated by the audience, organizers and media after the band's concerts. 

For their concert at the Notodden Blues Festival in 2025, there was a queue far down the street long before the doors opened. It was a full house and a crazy atmosphere. We choose to repeat this success this year.
