Aina Wassvik

Aina Wassvik is not just any girl from Bø in Telemark.

At the age of 26, she has signed a record deal, released singles and had concerts from Kristiansand in the south to Hammerfest in the north. In 2019, she won the talent competition "SjøormCountry" at the Seljord Country Festival. On Spotify, her songs have passed 180,000 plays, and she is described as a great songwriter talent with a beautiful country voice and a unique storytelling ability. When she was 8, a random CD became an important turning point in her life. Music took on a new meaning for Aina, and like a diary, it became a haven for her to write down thoughts and express feelings. Since then, she has mixed country, pop and honest lyrics in a way that is both captivating and touching. She is inspired by artists and bands such as Taylor Swift, Kacey Musgraves and Hellbillies.
On Friday, June 6, 2025, her debut album, "Aina Wassvik", will be released. This is celebrated with an exciting tour of Norway, where she and the band will visit several festivals, including Norsk Countrytreff in Breim, Coming Home Country festival in Grimstad and Notodden Blues Festival. They are very excited to share the music they have been working on in recent years, and on stage there is guaranteed to be lots of energy, music from the heart and flowers on stage. On stage, a strong meeting awaits with Aina Wassvik (vocals and acoustic guitar), Odin Landbakk (electric guitar and choir), Jonas Anker Paulsen (bass and choir), Solveig Nyhus (drums) and Marcus Flemmen (banjo, mandolin, electric guitar and choir).
