Blood Brothers and Dance With A Stranger to this years' festival!
An already impressive program at this year's Notodden Blues Festival continues to grow.
Today the festival releases the American The Blood Brothers with Mike Zito and Albert Castiglia in the lead and the Norwegian heroes in Dance With A Stranger. Blood Brothers are currently nominated for this year's Blues Music Awards in Memphis in the category for best Blues/Rock album, while the veterans of Dance With A Stranger can celebrate their 40th anniversary in 2024 and release their new single "Great Wheels Turning" last Friday.
Dance With A Stranger plays on Thursday 1 August and Blood Brothers complete the festival's rock Friday by filling the slot just before Deep Purple.
Notodden Blues Festival also adds Damer i Blues and Norwegian Soul Band in today's announcement.
